ROOF RFP

The City of Royse City (the “City”) is accepting bids for roof repairs as specified in Exhibit “A” for City Hall located at 305 N. Arch Street. All bids must be turned in by July 30, 2010 by 3:00 pm which will also be the time the bids are opened and read aloud. All bids will be opened and read aloud at City Hall, 305 N. Arch Street. Bidders may come by City Hall to measure and inspect the roof, Monday through Friday from 8 am till 3 pm at any such time before the end of the bid period.
