Biography

Bruce has served on the Royse City City Council since May of 2015. He has been a resident of Royse City since 2000. Bruce retired from the Royse City ISD after 37 years as a teacher/coach, finishing with ten years in Royse City. He and his wife, Cindy, are members of the First Baptist Church in Royse City. They have three adult children and five grandchildren.
