To ensure the community's health, safety and well-being through the effective management and upkeep of our public infrastructure and vital services.

Responsibilities and Services:

Public Works employees are responsible for the construction, maintenance and operation of Royse City's core physical infrastructure and services. Our wide-ranging duties are essential for public health, safety and quality of life.

Water and Wastewater:

The City of Royse City purchases treated water from North Texas Municipal Water District (NTMWD) located in Wylie, Texas.

The City of Royse City collects wastewater and transports it to Sabine Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant located in Royse City and operated by NTMWD.
