Stormwater Management

The City of Royse City is a designated Small MS4 urban city. The City of Royse City is a separate storm sewer system that includes ditches, curbs, gutters, storm sewers, and similar means of collecting or conveying runoff that does not connect with a wastewater collection system or treatment plant. We have to keep track of what is running into our ditches.
